Who can apply to enter the process?

Parties eligible to enter into the process, and subsequent approval for publication in the SFTI List of Quality Assured Solutions, are those offering their products on the market, either themselves or in partnership with operators. More precisely, qualified candidates may be

A. Issuers: Parties with products, solutions, or services that have or are developing functionality to issue (or transform to) electronic documents which are compliant to the standards recommended by SFTI.

Examples of products, solutions and services are:

  • eProcurement services which issue electronic orders
  • ERP-systems which issue electronic catalogues, despatch advices and order responses.
  • Accounting software which issue electronic invoices
  • Invoice portals issuing electronic invoices

B. Receivers: Parties with products, solutions, or services that receive and process electronic documents according to SFTI recommendations and standards.

Examples of products, solutions and services are:

  • eProcurement services receiving catalogues, order responses, despatch advices and invoices
  • ERP-systems and accounting softwares receiving orders or invoices
  • Web portals used by suppliers for receiving orders

The quality assurance processes do not currently support products, solutions, or services that:

  • are part of buyers or sellers internal business systems and which are not intended to be provided or sold to other parties.
  • only (re-)transmit documents.
